Precision Electrical & Air expertly handled the installation of the Daikin FDYAN160AV1 16.0kW ducted air conditioning system. The indoor unit was strategically positioned within the ceiling space above the void, while the condenser was securely mounted on the front balcony wall using rubber feet to minimize vibrations. The connection between the indoor and outdoor units was efficiently enclosed in ducting as it exited the ceiling space.

To facilitate proper drainage, two drainage systems were installed from the indoor unit and its safety tray to the external gutter. Comprehensive ducting, branch take-offs, zone motors, and air plenums were meticulously installed throughout the ceiling space, all connecting to the indoor unit. A return air grille was thoughtfully placed in the upstairs hallway to ensure optimal air circulation and efficiency.

The entire system underwent thorough commissioning to ensure it operates at peak performance levels.
