To effectively power two pallet wrapper machines located away from the warehouse walls, we installed overhead pendant power points. This solution delivered direct power to each machine without the need for floor-level cabling, allowing the equipment to remain in its intended location.

Customized Installation of Three-Phase Outlets for Electric Forklift Charging

As the client transitioned to a fleet of all-electric forklifts, the requirement for three-phase power outlets for the new battery chargers emerged. We designed and installed a bespoke overhead support beam to accommodate a cable tray extending from the switchboard to each charger. This configuration ensured that the cables were securely protected and suitable for the demands of a busy warehouse. Three-phase outlets were then installed at all critical locations.
